All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. Once an order has been submitted, refunds, cancellations, or changes will not be permitted unless the error was made by ATP Creative Labs.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order information is accurate, including:

• Quantities
• Customization details
• Billing information
• Shipping address

ATP Creative Labs is not responsible for customer-entered errors.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Please verify that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

ATP Creative Labs is not responsible for packages delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout. Orders that have been shipped to an incorrectly entered address are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged product or an item that differs from what was ordered due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To assist with the resolution process, we may request:

• Photographs of the product
• Photographs of the packaging
• Order information
• Additional details regarding the issue

Upon review, ATP Creative Labs may offer a replacement, store credit, or other appropriate resolution.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, ATP Creative Labs is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, weather-related interruptions, or other transit issues outside of our control.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues or tracking concerns.

Custom Products

Custom-designed, personalized, or made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Because these items are produced specifically for the customer, all custom product sales are final.

Refused Deliveries

Orders that are refused by the recipient or returned due to an incorrect address, failure to claim delivery, or similar circumstances are not eligible for refunds.

Policy Changes

ATP Creative Labs reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to our website.
