Ordering Questions
No. All products are strictly for research use only and are not intended
for human or veterinary consumption.
We accept standard payment methods, including Apple Pay, Google Pay,
Mastercard, and American Express. All available payment options will
appear during checkout.
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Because orders
may begin processing quickly, changes or cancellations cannot be
guaranteed.
Discount rules vary by promotion. Available discounts and eligibility
requirements are shown on the applicable promotion or during checkout.
Shipping Questions
Orders generally ship within 24 hours of being placed. Orders that
include custom cases may ship within 3–7 business days because our
custom cases are made to order.
Tracking information is sent by email once your order ships. Please
check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see the email.
Free shipping promotions and order thresholds may change. Please review
the current shipping information shown on the website or at checkout.
First, review the latest carrier tracking updates. If the package has
not moved or appears delivered incorrectly, contact support with your
order number and tracking information.
Product Questions
We work with trusted suppliers and provide available batch
documentation, including Certificates of Analysis, on applicable
product pages.
When available, Certificates of Analysis can be viewed on the
applicable product page in the COA section.
Product details, available sizes, documentation, and applicable
research-use disclaimers are listed on each product page.
It means the products are intended only for laboratory and research
purposes and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption.
Cases & Wholesale Questions
Yes. Custom cases may be available with personalized colors, artwork,
or logos depending on the design requested.
Custom cases are made to order and may require 3–7 business days before
shipping. More complex designs may require additional preparation time.
Yes. Bulk and wholesale options may be available for qualifying orders.

help finding a specific color, contact support before placing your
